I am a humanistic therapist offering short-term and longer-term counselling and psychotherapy. I offer in-person sessions in my Brighton & Hove practice rooms, outdoor therapy, and I also work online. I am registered and accredited with BACP (The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).

My approach prioritises the relationship between the two of us as a safe and confidential place to explore whatever is going on for you. More about my approach here.
You might be in the middle of a crisis, feeling stressed, overwhelmed or disconnected, or wanting to come to terms with something that happened long ago. Or possibly you are feeling stuck in a cycle of difficult feelings, thoughts and behaviours, struggling with a significant relationship, or feeling unable to find meaning, peace or happiness in life.
Therapy can help a person to increase self-awareness and deepen understanding about feelings, relationships and behaviour patterns, and to develop strategies and resilience in response to life’s challenges. You might want to find new ways to manage trauma and distress, navigate a life transition, or start to shift relationship dynamics that are not working for you.
More about how therapy can help is here.

One of my specialisms is in the healing potential of expanded states of consciousness, and I offer preparation and integration therapy for people interested in psychedelic or breathwork experiences. More information here.

The next step would be to arrange a free initial 20-minute conversation by phone or Zoom. It is important to find a therapist you feel comfortable with, and this conversation is to see whether we feel that we could be a good fit in working together.
